Download the .bussidmod file. Open BUSSID → Garage → Import Mod → select the file. On Android 11+, use the in-game Import Mod option if you cannot access the Android/data folder directly.

All mods on Bussid.in are reviewed before publishing. Never install APK files claiming to be mods — real BUSSID mods are .bussidmod files loaded inside the game, not separate apps.
